Our landlord compliance and rent collection service is not geographically restricted. Unlike block management, which requires local presence and contractor relationships, compliance management and rent collection are delivered remotely — we manage your obligations wherever your property is located.

The service covers the full compliance lifecycle: gas safety, electrical certification, EPC, deposit protection, Right to Rent, landlord licensing, and the incoming Renters’ Rights Act requirements. We track every obligation, manage renewals, and chase certificates so you don’t have to.
