All service charge funds held in designated client accounts per building. Annual accounts are certified. Directors and leaseholders have online portal access.

Building Safety and Compliance

Fire risk assessments, insurance management, gas and electrical certification, health and safety compliance built into the annual management cycle.

Maintenance Management

Planned and reactive maintenance, contractor procurement, Section 20 consultation management for major works, and emergency response.
